この委員会では、超加工食品（UPFs）や高脂肪・高糖・高塩（HFSS）食品が健康的な食事に果たす役割、それらが健康結果や肥満の行動・傾向の変化に与える影響、そして政府の政策の影響について議論されています。
私たちの研究は、行動経済学を活用したデジタルヘルス技術が、どのように効果的に実装されるかを探っています。

The latest paper titled “Digital health and therapeutics (DH/DTx) for behavior change: An introduction for policy makers” has been published!
This paper was written as an academic response and practical policy evidence for the UK Parliament’s House of Lords Select Committee on Food, Diet, and Obesity inquiry. The Committee is discussing the role of ultra-processed foods (UPFs) and high fat, sugar, and salt (HFSS) foods in a healthy diet, their impact on health outcomes, behavior and trend shifts in obesity, and the influence of government policies.
Our research explores how digital health technologies utilizing behavioral economics can be effectively implemented.
